Perry Refurbish Glass Lined Reactor

Perry recently refurbished a De Dietrich glass lined vertical reactor. Our in-house engineering team carried out the following work:

Tested the motor.
Spark tested the glass.
Pressure tested the jacket.
Cleaned and painted.
Supplied and fitted sleeve on Manway (To cover glass damage).
Removed mechanical seal.
Repaired mechanical seal and refitted.
Supplied full technical documentation.
Built wooden skid for transport.
Arranged transport to customer.

This was the first time our engineers had removed, repaired and refitted a mechanical seal, a job which is more specialised than their usual work, and this is a service we would now be able to carry out on other units like this

Refurbished Used Manesty Model B4 25 Station Single Sided Rotary Tablet Press

We have recently refurbished and sold a used Manesty model B4 25 station single sided rotary tablet press.

What We Did

Full strip down
Thorough clean of all parts
Replace chute assembly
Fit new guards
Re-Assemble
Installed and commissioned at customers premises
Working to a high standard
