Perry are the exclusive sellers of equipment from an 8800 TPY bioethanol plant.

The plant, which was built in 2014 to convert sawdust to bioethanol, includes the following systems and equipment all available from the same site with very little use:

Used Alfa Laval 316L stainless steel 3-effect plate evaporator system

Designed for evaporation capacity approximately 28,000kg/hr.  System includes (6) plate heat exchangers, (3) cyclone separator vessels, vacuum pump, various circulation pumps, instrumentation, valves and framework.

Used Paques type Biopaq IC Anaerobic Digestor

System includes main BIOPAQ reactor designed for Internal Circulation, Closed. Approximate capacity 248cumt, approximate height of 23,000mm. System was used for COD components metabolization to biogas (methane & co2) with an approximate efficiency of 90%. System includes recirculation degassing tank, gas flare and associated pumps, valves & instrumentation.

Used Praj Industries approximately 10,000 litre/hr ethanol recovery system

System includes, pre-heaters, degassifying column, Ethanol distillation column with 20 sieve plates in stripping section and 20 bubble plates in rectifying section, forced circulation reboiler, 2 x main condensers, distillate condensate collection tank, 2 x pre-distillate condensers, pre-distillate collection tank, vacuum pump, scrubber and various pumps, valves, instrumentation and pipework.

Includes Furfural distillation column with 20 sieve plates in stripping section and 10 sieve plates in rectifying section, forced circulation reboiler, 2 x main condensers, distillate condensate collection tank, azeotrope side drawn collection tank, Azeotrope cooler, water/furfural tank, decanted raw furfural collection tank, vacuum pump, scrubber and various pumps, valves, instrumentation and pipework.

601,000 Litre Stainless Steel Mixing Vessel, 6,800mm Dia x 16,550mm Stainless Side

Little used Nakkila Works Oy approximately 601,000 litre stainless steel (1.4162 & 1.4307) vertical mixing vessels. Last used as fermentation vessels. Unit measures approximately 6,800mm diameter x 16,550mm straight side. Unit has welded dished top and welded cone bottom heads. Manufactured in hygienic design. Internal rated atmospheric working pressure at 35 deg.c. External is insulated and clad. Includes side entry stainless steel agitator with drive/motor. Vessel is mounted on stainless steel skirt.

Little used Nakkila Works Oy approximately 601,000 litre stainless steel (1.4162 & 1.4307) vertical mixing vessels. Last used as Hydrolysis reactors. Unit measures approximately 6,800mm diameter x 16,550mm straight side. Unit has welded dished top and welded cone bottom heads. Manufactured in hygienic design. Internal rated atmospheric working pressure at 50 deg.c. External is insulated and clad. Includes top entry stainless steel agitator with Sulzer drive and 45kw motor. Vessel is mounted on stainless steel skirt.

Used GEA Westfalia model HSB-300-06-777 stainless disc stack centrifuge. Inlet feed 1.16kg/dm3 & heavy liquid 1.30kg/dm3. Maximum rated 4,800rpm. Unit includes stainless steel collection pot, used Seepex pump, control cabinet.. Unit is driven by 75kw, 1486rpm, 400volt, 3/50 electric motor.

Used Alfa Laval model GS2-200 stainless steel decanter centrifuge. Bowl measures approximately 280mm diameter. Maximum solid density 3.0kg/dm3. Unit includes main drive motor and back drive. Includes control panel.

Viesmann Model Viroplex 200 Biogas Boiler & Storage System

Used Viessmann type Vitoplex 200 hot water boiler. Heating capacity rated 900kw at 6 bar pressure with maximum 100 deg.c. Includes Oilon model GP-90 M biogas burner. Includes various heat exchanger, pumps, values & instrumentation all housed in Energytech container. Has double membrane type Tecon Biogas 215 gas holder. Approximate capacity 660cumt with an operating pressure at 33mbar.

Unused De Lema Type DLST/L Dry Heat Steriliser/Depyrogenation with Hosokawa Isolator

Unused and installed De Lema type DLST/L dry heat steriliser / depyrogenation unit with Hosokawa Micron dispensing isolator.

• De Lema unit designed at 250 deg.c. for the depyrogenation of dry aluminium canisters with cycle time of approximately 7 hours.
• Tray capacity between 15 & 35 canisters per tray depending on size.
• The Hosokawa unit designed for filling canisters with powder including closure and bagging of canisters.
• Dispensing time is approximately 1.33kgs/min depending on product, number of operators, distribution of canister size and filling volume.
• Total makespan between 22.9 minutes to 29 minutes depending on product and canister size.

The system was designed to handle the following size canisters:

• 2.5 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 144mm
• 6.25 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 309mm
• 12.5 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 383mm
• 32 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 300mm, height (w/o closure) 539mm

Little used Lindenberg Anlagen GmbH model LIAG 700 biogas / natural gas containerised engine generator set . Approximately 748kw electrical output. 

Main components inside the container include:

• 1 off Perkins model 4016-61TRS1 engine with nominal output rated 781kw mechanical output. Approximate speed 1,500rpm.
• 1 off Marelli Motori type MJB 400 LB4 B35 generator with output capacity 900kva to 1300kva, 400volt, 1876amp, 50hz, 1500rpm.
• 2 off Krampitz approximately 930 litre capacity carbon steel lube oil storage tanks.
• 1 off Pump set which includes (2) Andritz model ES50-250.2/B+4/4 pumps, (1) Andritz model ES50-125.2/B+5 5/2 pump. (1) plate heat exchanger.
• 1 off Air outlet with Louvre valve and air silencer
• 1 off Electrical terminal box.
• 1 off Main control panel.
