Working capacity 2100 litres with stainless steel 316L jacket of 208litres capacity, max working pressure 5 bar and max working temperature 162 deg.C. Main drive 30kW variable speed SEW Eurodrive unit Type R163 VU6 DV200L4. Ratio 37,424 fitted with servo motor with electrical remote control. Speed range 16-67 rpm. Power at 16rpm =15kW, torque will be 8953 Nm. power at 67 rpm =25kW, torque will be 3316 Nm. Vessel internal length is 2960 mm. Total overall length of the unit 5638mm approx. Top central inlet 350mm diameter. Central bottom outlet approximately 200mm diameter. Unit has 2 off 540 x 400mm inspection/cleaning hatches with interlocks.
