Used 3000 TCD capacity cane sugar factory supplied by WIL.
Main equipment includes:
Cane handling & feeding :
Cane Carrier, 2 no.s cane Unloaders, cane chopper, leveler, swing type hammers type fibrizer, inter rake Carrier.
Milling Plant :
1 no. Zero Mill 33×66” with TRPF , 4 no.s mills, roller size : 30”x60” ( last Mill is having TRPF)
Three mills are with under feed roller. Feeding arrangement by Donnelly chute for all mills.
Drive : 3 no.s steam turbines for 30×60 ( 4 mills).
DC motor 500 HP
Power House :
2 no. WIL make 20 TPH each, boilers with 2.5 MW bellies make steam turbine, 21 kg/cm2, 340 deg.C
1 no. Caterpiller make, 750 kVA Dg set
Process House :
Rotary juice screen
Juice heaters : 7 no.s
Clarifier ( Jord ) make. Two no.s Oliver Rotary vacuum filter
Evaporators : DEVC + quadruple system ( heating surface VC1 : 1800 sq.M, VC 2 : 1579 sq.M)

Vacuum pans : 6 no.s ( calender type), semi automation by tata Honeywell.
Crystallizers : total 11 no.s and , 2 no.s continue vertical crystaliser,
1 no.s seed crystalliser, 1 no.s vacuum cyrstallizer
Centrifugal : WIL make total 5 no.s ( 6 no.s batch type, 5 no.s continuous)
Total 4 no.s of grass hoppers, sugar elevator,
2 no.s of sugar graders, sugar weighing machine etc.,
