Used APV Gouda & Tilsit Cheese Plant. Approximate capacity of 4 ton per/hr & ran for 24hrs/day.
Plant includes whey and curd storage. (1) APV pre-press unit with batch size of 13,000mm long x 1,700mm x 200mm deep, unit includes laser scanning and manual installed pushing plate with adjustable knife. Unit works on double moulds with dimensions of 280mm x 360mm x 90mm deep. (1) APV second stage press of cheese in moulds, (1) mould and lid washer, (1) mould and lid storage magazine which includes stacker and destacker. (1) high pressure blow-off device for removal of cheese from moulds. (2) mould turners, various conveyors and check weighers. CIP system. Plant also includes (6) stainless steel brining cages.
