Used 500 kg/hr potato crisp line. New SS finish to the fryer and blancher. Fryer has salt dispenser and filters. The line is said to have been well maintained and consists of the following:
- bulk potato loader
- bulk potato hopper
- potato de stoner
- peeler 1m dia x 4m long
- inspection belt
- urschell cc slicer
- blancher 5m x 900mm
- fryer 9m x 900mm
- salter shaker unit
- filters
- oil storage tank
Two lines available. One heating boiler between the two lines. Lines ran independently side by side to produce 1,000 kg/hr.
