When a heat exchanger failed, production was brought to a halt and a replacement heat exchanger was on a long lead time. ICI contacted us with their requirement and we were able to supply and deliver a Johnson Hunt 4sqm Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger from stock. ICI modified and tested the unit and changed pipework runs to install it to their plant. The outcome was their plant was offline for 5 days instead of weeks of lost production.

Production at Dynea stopped over a weekend when a reactor failed. By the following week Perry had sourced a Munk & Schmitz 19,500 Litre Stainless Steel Reactor from mainland Europe, shipped the unit to the site, carried out an inspection and had it installed.
